•Ensure the creation of industry standard business measurable objectives & KPI's.
•Facilitate and advice on training requirements for department staff.
•Analyze the current situation of customer service centers and provide the gap analysis study with recommendation plans.
•Ensure quality customer care practice is being offered to the Authority customers.
•Identify and recommend procedures & policies that fit into the customer service center activities, call center program.
•Research; analyze market and customer segmentation to identify customer needs.
•Establish and develop new products/services to suit potential customers.
•Act as subject matter expert of custom service and advisors to all customer service centers sections in implementing agency plan in customer service strategies.
•Ensure achievement of all quality objectives as set forth in RTA and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction in all customer dealings, on both internal and external customer level.
•Handle the documentation of achieved results, send summery to the Director, departments director to ensure work is done as per the standards of RTA.
•Provide and transfer best practices in customer services and customer experience to RTA managers and staff.
•Maintain accurate, up-to-date information and trends through the available communication media.
•Maintain effective communication with the head of the department's directors and align communication with agency and department's objectives.
•Monitor all reporting requirements and maintain records concerning customer care-related data.
•Ensure achievement of the quality objectives and targeted results in each key performance areas as set forth in the department quality plan
•Represent the department in select trade shows, events and functions.
•Perform other responsibilities associated with this position when appropriate.
