A chain of 725 Hotels in over 50 countries around the globe is currently seeking for passionate and dynamic female Guest Relations Agents who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests, for their 4 stars Hotel in Manama Bahrain.
Scope of work:
• Welcomes guests and greets guests from arrival to departure
• Contributes to guests' permanent satisfaction by providing high quality services
• Helps meet the department's quantitative and qualitative targets
• Assists with the smooth and efficient operation of the Front Office Department and all related Guest services
• Helps encourage customer loyalty by developing friendly and personalized relationships
• Handles any guest complaints and/or remarks; provides a response as soon as possible
• Ensure that Front Office Management is kept informed about new opportunities & problems
• Promotes the hotel's range of services & events in order to increase sales & revenues
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Hospitality Management
• Female fresh graduate or previous hotel experience and passionate about working abroad
• Fluent in Arabic and English
Remuneration:
Basic Salary 800 to 1000$ in addition to: Accommodation, Transportation, Meals, and Uniform
