About Your Job:

As Officer Administration for the Chief Commercial Officer, you will provide a range of high level and confidential administrative support to Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).

You will independently manage CCO's office to ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly, including management of CCO's diary, incoming/ outgoing documents/ calls, files/database, etc. You  will organise and prioritise tasks, monitors action areas and reports progress where appropriate. You will maintain the highest standard of professional conduct at all times both with internal and external clients.

About You:

You must have Bachelors degree and a minimum 3 year experience in an Administrative support role. A minimum of 2 years practical experience in a fast-moving and multi-task environment would a good advantage.

We require you to have excellent knowledge in MS Office suite application. You must be able to work independently and able to self-organize, manage time and prioritise work to meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills and inter-personal skills are required to be successful in this role.
