Operations Manager--Makeup & Cosmetics May 29th 2013, 17:11 Brief Description: The position of operations manager consists of directing the actual distribution or movement of a product or service to the customer, coordinating sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals. It also consists of establishing training programs for sales representatives, and analyzing sales statistics gathered by staff to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preferences of customers. Key Responsibilities: • Develop the yearly Business Plan and budgets and ensure timely implementation. • Conduct to the Board periodical market analysis and performance reports. • Accountable for the company's bottom line profitability and driving sales and market share. • Manage and improve the performance of the various Brands, also, introduce new brands. • Avail training programs for the sales staff and ensure high customer service standards • Control performance by developing and monitoring the business KPIs. • Introduce operational policies and procedures to ensure smooth operation and controls. • Manage the Stores and ensure proper operations (merchandizing, visual display, staffing.(Etc) • Negotiate with supplier, handle the development of brand, take lead of product selection and purchase orders based on sales forecasts. • Control overhead expenses and ensure efficient operation • Actively seeks out and exploits any additional opportunities to promote sales, sales and market analysis, promotional strategy, margin Management. • Ensures store achieves defined stock loss targets. • Carries out all loss prevention activities as defined by their stock loss action plans and seeks to improve staff awareness of stock loss issues. • Actively seeks out and implements any additional opportunities to reduce stock loss. • Team supervision and Coaching. • Plan advertising services. • Determine price schedules and discount rates. • Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts and resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service; • Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability. Director of Head Social Media and Online Marketing (Inbound) May 29th 2013, 17:11 • Reports directly to Shareholder, CEO and General Manager providing trust worthy and accountable feedback regarding all aspects of Social and Digital Media as and when necessary. • Serve as the company primary contact during the launch of each campaign as well as serve as their trusted social and digital advisor to Head of Marketing and Communications. • Develops strong global social media strategies and identifying clear parameters and obstacles for the company corporate identity in order to increase brand awareness in the local and GCC market by employing the appropriate digital platforms • Review and present weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to the CEO and Head of Marketing with support as needed from recommended Research & Analytics agencies or reporting tools. Reports should track the brand's key social KPI's vs. pre-set benchmarks and against key competitors.
