- Ensures the highest quality food is prepared as per the exact recipe specifications from scratch
- Prepares all basic and critical items needed for the line cooks
- Ensure that the kitchen area and equipment are clean and sanitized
- Responsible for validation, orchestration and execution of all items listed on daily preparation lists.
- Ensures that all food products are stored properly - covered, labeled, dated, rotated, and zoned.
- Maintains strict confidentiality of Company recipes
