Main Function:
To prepare the financial statements of the office and maintain & update the accounting books.
Duties & Responsibilities & Standards of Performance:
1. Bookkeeping: Execute daily entries while making sure to maintain clear transactions.
2. Prepare Financial Reports: Bank statement reconciliation, balance sheet, cash flow & income statement, in addition to analyzing data and providing suggestions.
3. Compute payroll on monthly basis
4. Taxation: Constant updating of VAT, Income tax …etc.
5. Coordinate with auditors: Prepare all books according to legal guidelines.
6. Manage payables & budgeting
7. Coordinate with the Accounts Receivables officer.
8. Handle the office petty cash.
