Business Process and Applications - BPA Service Analyst - Incoserv SAL (Offshore) May 29th 2013, 17:11 Location: Beirut- Hamra with constant travel to Europe and South area of Africa I. Support Duties: • Support technical issues raised by end users. • Support any application failure or break down. • Support and Perform Training on GP Analysis Cubes • Perform Training for new joiners based on the specific field enrolled in (Purchasing, Distribution, Warehouse …) as per Webcor Standard implementation process. • Report to Second level of BPA support Team for complex issues. • Perform Installations of GP, Analysis Cubes, … II. General Responsibilities • Arrange and participate in meetings, conferences, and project team activities. • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key internal and external decision makers, existing partners and shareholders and other relevant players.
