•Responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities.
•Responsible for managing the Sales / Orders and profitability.
•Act as primary point-of-contact for the company with clients/customers, and provide the customer with highest quality satisfaction at best value to meet the client/customer satisfaction targets.
•Develop and implement Business Plans and contact strategy and report on business progress to the Business Development Director.
•Proactively support and enable the functional team in achieving their programs objectives (from inception to disposal).
•Maintains strong professional relationship with key decision makers (Internal/ External).
•Build an awareness of the company's capabilities to be able to expand existing and establish new businesses.
•Proactively identifies new opportunities with customer to expand and identify new leads.
•Lead contract negotiations with Contracts. Initiates and drives the proposal development process from RPI to contract signature.
•Monitors proposal status to ensure proposals are submitted in accordance with customer requirements.
