The Finance and Administration Manager is responsible for:
Processing accounts receivables & payable invoices and payments in an accurate and timely manner.
Liaising with sponsors and other debtors to ensure receipts are received within the company's payment terms.
Provide the management with weekly and monthly reports as per the company requirements.
Ensuring Company's financial management policies are adhered to.
Prepare monthly profit and loss account and marketing strategy.
Prepare projected profitability for the next years with analysis's report.
➢ Develop a complete Budget plan.
Manage relationship with banks, cash management's collections and working capital functions.

Make monthly closing JVs for all discrepancies, omissions, balances and determine adjustments, accruals and allowances.

Review the documentation and ensure that system documentations are complete and well designed.

Prepare feasibility study for new projects and ROI.

Create status reports to the top management about the progress of the implementation and ensure that risks are identified and management early in the project.
