Health Education and Care for Medical Applications (HECMA) May 1st 2013, 09:45 To comprehend and implement the HECMA Curriculum, using skills based learning in student-centered classroom environment HECMA Teachers are responsible for the successful class delivery, of the HECMA program as well as for the continuous improvement of the teaching and learning materials and the provision of support to students. Teachers have to communicate and collaborate with fellow teachers and to liaise with school principals and the program manager to schedule or adjust the schedule of their classes and to asses, analyze, evaluate and improve program outcomes. The HECMA teacher will also have to stay up to date with the newest information in their field, thus improving knowledge of principles and practices of health education; program planning and development; and program evaluation methods.
