Personal Assistant to CEO

• Welcoming and greeting guests/ visitors of the CEO
• Organizing the CEO's daily tasks and appointments by urgency and importance
• Liaising with relevant individuals, external organizations, media representatives etc. to arrange for meetings/ interviews
• Preparing meetings' schedules and materials
• Drafting minutes of meetings
• Photocopying, scanning and organizing documents related to the CEO office, in order to keep a comprehensive filing system
• Sending and receiving emails, faxes and mails related to the CEO
• Receiving telephone calls for the CEO and delivering accurate and timely messages
• Handling the CEO's travel arrangements and accommodation in coordination with in-house ticketing and reservation representative
• Arranging local transportation when necessary
• Preparing CEO's business expenditures and claims
• Assisting in data collection and research whenever needed for reports or presentations
• Preparing presentations and reports for management level
• Ensuring that all matters and files are treated with confidentiality at all times
• Performing such other duties as requested by the CEO
