Main tasks & responsibilities
1. To be eligible for this position he / she should be a qualified Optometrist or Ophthalmologist.
2. Minimum of 5 years' experience holding a title of "Recruitment or hiring Manager"
3. Develop and execute recruiting plans.
4. Oversee the entire recruitment process of regional offices located across the MENA region
5. Major role in hiring Optometrist, Ophthalmologist .
6. Assess & evaluate the technical know-how of Optometrist by conducting technical interviews before placements.
7. Undertake individual or panel recruitment interviews, assess candidates' suitability, prepare & maintain interview records.
8. Identify strategic sources of talents with active network through industry contacts, association memberships, and Industry related employees to maintain candidate pool for future requirements
9. Handling job advertisements; qualifying candidates to position requirements for current and future opportunities; candidates' assessment and present qualified candidates with overall assessments and hire recommendations.
10. Work with team of Hiring specialists for efficient and effective filling of vacancies
11. Coordinate and Implement college recruiting initiatives
12. Fluency in Arabic and English is a must
