About the Job:

We are looking to hire three Admin Executive for three ACE stores in UAE i.e. Dubai Festival City branch, Sheikh Zayed Road branch and Yas Island branch. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be responsible to ensure all backstage activity is carried out effectively for smooth functioning of the store

In this role you will also be responsible for:
* Supervising the staff in admin/cash office for all related to P&P, managing admin/cash office, assisting management in all store operation activities
* Ensuring that all support functions relating to Store Inventory & Admin/cash are carried out effectively to facilitate smooth functioning of the store
* Issue of floats, arrange for change, carry out sales collection reconciliation and manage safe
* Carry out cash/credit card reconciliation and follow-up for credits from banks and post entries into system
* Ensure that collections are banked on a daily basis and post necessary entries into system
* Help develop in-store procedures in co-ordination with Regional office team management and ensuring implementation of the approved in-store procedures & agreed audit recommendations
* Process all administration & reporting related to store takings so as to have accurate accounting for the same - daily reconciliation of cash, foreign currency, credit card, banking and reporting in standard format for review to regional office admin
* Ensure all monthly reports (KPI, till discrepancy Report, Delivery Accuracy Report, Damaged Good Report etc) are accurate & submitted in time
* Ensure all till discrepancies are thoroughly investigated, recorded and analyzed within the time frame & reported for further action
* Provide till training to all staff in the store as and when required and all documents are filed for future verification
* In store deliveries from warehouse & local vendors are verified/GR & LIV done on time and reported for any discrepancies
* Ensure that all in-store documents [Admin/Inventory etc] are archived properly to facilitate easy retrieval when necessary
* Ensure that sufficient co-operation is extended to all internal/external auditors to assist completion of the audit
* Ensure that all stationery/supplies are reviewed regularly and adequately stocked in the store to meet requirements
* This role is a Store based position and as such has flexible working hours
