•Develop plans for implementing Succession Planning and Leadership Development programs that focus on company values and philosophies.
•Identify training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers.
•Develop, participate, and implement the assessment system required for the company.
•Developed Implemented & Managing HR policies, procedures and documents which resulted organizational effectiveness & achievement of company's objectives.
•Successfully managing Recruitment, Selection and Supervising Trainees & employees Recruitment, Staffing & Manpower planning
•Preparing plant manpower plan, staffing including the hiring phasing-out to ensure accurate and proper input in the Annual Operating Plan (AOP)… this includes seasonal, dailies and the replacement cases
•Advise managers, supervisors, and employees on the Performance management and Developed / managed Human Resources strategic plan deliverables in areas of performance management, assessments, manpower development, and staffing.
•Analyzed job requirements and prepare job descriptions and person specifications for recruitment, job evaluation and other purposes.
•Learning & Development providing guidance on development for managers and their
teams
•Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resource initiatives, covering Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Career Development, and to foster and develop a positive relation between all employees of the company within the group
•Developing coaching, motivating & guiding HR team to provide excellent services to internal customers to achieve goals and KPIs.
•In liaison with Business Unit heads responsible for submission of resource planning and budgeting to business head for succeeding years keeping in view business growth and need.
•Agreements, Acts of Acceptance, Job Description, internal orders (vacation, business trip, orders for hiring/leaving employees etc.
•preparation and supply with information to the outsourcing company about any changes in salary, bonuses, penalties, vacations data, accepted/discharged employees for salary control and checking salary files
