Foreman May 9th 2013, 10:29 1. Directs, monitors and supervises a team of charge hands, technicians and workers at site to perform the required tasks and in coordination with the Site Engineers 2. Studies the existing conditions at the site, all drawings and related documents. 3. Arranges materials and equipment to do the job. 4. Prepares and maintains reports on operation, maintenance and servicing of equipment. 5. Participates in testing & commissioning the installed equipment/system. 6. Reports day to day operations and finalized tasks. 7. Participates in identifying the required resources, equipment, machinery and materials based on detailed information given by the Project Engineer. 8. Monitors and supervises the maintenance tasks during the guarantee period. 10. Inspects shuttering, scaffolding and execution works and follows the safety practices during work execution.
