Global Mobility Professional - Baker Hughes May 15th 2013, 04:14 EMPLOYMENT STATUS This is a full time, permanent role which will be based in Dubai working in the busy Global Mobility team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES Communicating regularly with Regional GM Operations Production of offer packages for International Assignees – resident and rotator Interacting with the Service Centre to provide a smooth and quick transition for candidates Providing advice and guidance on international policies where necessary Monitor and track data necessary for monthly metrics Maintain data necessary to produce KPI’s Contribute to ensure service delivery excellence and minimize tax, social security and immigration risks Special projects where required ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS Advanced working knowledge of Excel is required Excellent communication skills Numeracy – ability to analyse compensation data PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS 5-7 years’ experience is ideally required within Global Mobility, or failing this in HR Knowledge of International Compensation packages is very beneficial SAP reporting experience is highly desirable Oil and Gas industry experience is a preference COMPANY OVERVIEW Baker Hughes is a leading supplier of oilfield services, products, technology and systems to the worldwide oil and natural gas industry.
