Senior Manager I - The Cheesecake Factory - M.H.Alshaya May 24th 2013, 08:14 The Cheesecake Factory: The Cheesecake Factory's menu boasts more than 200 selections made fresh from scratch daily in each restaurant including small plates and snacks, appetizers, pastas, fresh fish, steaks, salads, sandwiches and pizzas. The Cheesecake Factory is famous for its generous portions which are ideal for sharing or taking home for a second meal - and the famous dessert menu of 50 legendary cheesecakes and specialty desserts. Senior Manager: You will work closely with the Area Manager to ensure all restaurant operations are in line with company procedures and that quality and hygiene standards are met. You will also hire, train and supervise team members at all levels within this busy restaurant. As well as the day-to-day responsibilities you will work closely with the Operations team and business management to ensure that targets are met and exceeded.
