Delivering across the globe, with offices in 10 countries, we are now growing our international sales operations and are seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth in key target areas of Africa, Eastern Europe and Asia.

Based in the UAE so as to be near our offices, teams and operations in the region, the role will focus on and be responsible for:

- Driving new customer sales across target emerging markets through acquisition of new customers as well as growth of existing accounts into new regions and territories.

- Sales planning, budget management, pipeline control, progress reporting and ownership of the territory's sales target.

- Steering local and international marketing, sales, administration and pre-sales technical support in order to drive the best results and ensure our solutions are the best fit for customer demand.

Candidates should have a proven successful track record in sales, developed over 5 years or more in sales/business development specific roles. This should encompass the following skills & expertise:

- Solution sales (as opposed to low value product sales) to mid-senior executive level in large corporates.

- Proven ability to be self-sufficient and to own and achieve sales targets consistently on your own initiative.

- Experience of developing, presenting and winning million dollar plus projects, but a good background in dealing with a range of medium-sized to large deals on a day to day basis.

- An excellent track record of sales in Africa and/or China, Russia, India and wider Asia.

- Ideally experience of selling permanent or semi-permanent infrastructure solutions (power, structures etc) or of selling large construction related projects.

- Experience of selling into a range of commercial markets to include; retail, education, oil & gas, construction, logistics and transport.
