FAMCO is an ISO 9001:2008 & ISO 14001:2004 certified company. About the Job: We are currently seeking a Parts Inventory Control Executive to join Famco's National Parts Division in Dubai. The key responsibilities of this role will be: * Expedite supply of parts with the vendors and with the logistics service providers to ensure timely deliveries. * Provide technical support to the parts sales staff by resolving their queries and issues by interacting with the vendors. * Generate the order proposals using the computer system and place orders on the vendors * Create article master data, process shipping notifications and verify vendor invoices in the computer system. * Control the freight costs by using cost-effective logistics services. * Analyze the exception reports on critical stocks, lost sales, excess stocks etc. and take corrective action where necessary to improve parts availability and minimize stock obsolescence.
