Role Summary/Purpose
Essential Responsibilities
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the Saudi e-Health National Program to achieve and expand interoperability among IT systems and devices - Direct engagement in various Saudi projects and strategic initiatives. In particular will be responsible in the ehealth interoperability framework and policies project to close the gaps between the user requirements and the interoperability specifications developed by GE and the Saudi MoH. - Responsible for establishing a collaborative work environment to bridge clinical and technical teams in adopting standards and profiles set by Saudi e-Health program - Identify education needs and organize programs for clinical, managerial and technical audiences - Successfully manage multiple assignments and responsibilities while balancing priorities and providing timely communication to colleagues and stakeholders - Manage the production of project deliverables with clear written communication, professional documentation, careful attention to detail, and high standards of excellence. Accountable for completing program milestones according to organizational objectives - Understand the latest trends in healthcare information exchange standards - Establish collaborate and effective relationships with supporting departments across the organization. Position has a triple reporting nature: - To the GE Saudi Business leadership - To the GE Project Leadership in which engaged - To the GE Customer of the project - Contribute to a culture of performance and continuous improvement
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required - Master's or other graduate degree is desirable - Degrees in the clin
