Maintaining an accurate filing system so as to incorporate tenant information, building/equipment maintenance & occupancy data and accounting records.
Liaising between the Landlord and tenants for completing leasing and renewal formalities, collection of rental payments and documentation.
Co coordinating with Client, Consultants, Main contractors, subcontractors and reporting to Landlord.
Ensuring that tenant complaints and concerns are attended promptly and satisfactorily.
Supervising and liaising with maintenance contractors to ensure the smooth and efficient running of all building equipments.
Obtaining quotes and implementing property maintenance, repairs & fit -out procedures.
Achieving maximum revenue for the landlord by all means by achieving the objectives of meeting 100% occupancy and by obtaining additional revenue for Landlord.
Liaising with Government authorities and Legal Department when required.
Submission of weekly, monthly reports and Submission of Building audit report on half yearly basis to Landlord.
