Production Supervisor Jun 17th 2013, 05:54 Job summary: - Effectively manage the production operation within the lowest cost possible, highest quality standard and within the safest environment. Principle accountabilities: Analyzing and Scheduling - Review and analyze productivity, yield, downtime reports daily - Consult with interdepartmental resources concerning problems affecting productivity and take corrective action - Prepare and post daily shift schedule as per production requirements - Create production report of the run completed - Conduct necessary analysis for each performance measure - Trial of new raw materials for the production Assisting the Production Operation - Ensure that the line starts up and end of operation on time. - Ensure and maintain high quality of standards. - Ensure and maintain high line productivity. - Ensure that all the operators are in their places.
