Help AG is a team of 50 high-skilled colleagues under European Management. The Group is headquartered in Dubai. A small and highly efficient team handles all organizational / administrative duties for internal administration of 50 colleagues and around 400 enterprise customer projects / year.
The above position's duties and responsibilities include:
HR
• Coordinating Employee Lifecycle Appointments (Onboarding, Employment)
• Coordinating for interviews including travel and visa arrangements
• Travel Management / liaising with Travel agency for flights, hotels, visa
• Arranging Medical Insurance for employees
Logistics
• Placing, Following up and receiving Purchase Orders with Suppliers
• Receiving and checking customer P.O., initiating internal workflows
• Responsibility for all shipments to customers
• Responsibility for internal tracking of stock / spare
• Handling all customs duty tasks
• Coordination all company internal shipments / transportation
Office Management & Administration
• Handling phone calls as part of a team
• Mobile phones and Internet Keys for employees, order, handover, keep track, collect
• Managing filing system in the office / server
• Maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment, coordinating necessary repairs/alterations etc.
• Coordinating training courses / seminars for customers (booking, invitations, coordination onsite)
• Arranging internal events
• Arranging customer events (booking, invitations, coordination onsite)
