Service and Parts Department Manager-HVAC- Riyadh-Must be Arabic Speaker

SERVICE:

•Managing the operations of Service and Parts
•Responsible for Service Business Development in KSA.
•Lead, manage the performance of the service force to meet agreed financial and business targets
•Make sure structures and processes are in place to guarantee service operations are run in a safe and controlled way (in accordance to law and internal group rules).
•Achieve the assigned sales and margin forecast through an efficient service sales team.
•Execute the service and commissioning work committed to the customer through efficient planning of resources.
•Manage Contracts (labour maintenance, Comprehensive maintenance)
•Manage all the repairs life-cycles this includes preventive regular maintenance, emergency repairs for maintaining high level of customer satisfaction.
•Manage all equipment upgrades that maybe needed and keep self with up to date with any new technologies introduced to service.
•Deliver all installation training to Contractors and dealers when and if required.
•Review of installation of drawing, Site Surveys, monitoring during installation phase.
•Monitor the contract renewals and act as a committed business partner to the service sales team in timely delivery.
•Provide all necessary support to dealers ensuring they follow Company Service Policy.
•Setting up warranty process for new customers.
•Claim management: Preparing the monthly statement includes, total claim approved, claim approval from factory/Europe office, sales reversal, net hit to company on monthly basis.
•Ensure customer satisfaction by conducting surveys when required.
•Parts management: handling, inventory management, order processing, follow up on orders and delivery.
•Field Product Quality Management.

STRATEGIC:
•Contribute to the leadership and business strategy.
•Further develop and establish strategy and action plan to develop Service organization and win market share.
•Consult with the General Manager Sales and MD on defining strategy and implementation of strategy for Service.
•Analysis of the business performance data to drive better performance in KSA market.
•Competitor and client research.

FINANCIAL:
•Participate in financial presentation and forecasting.
•Responsible for reporting, budgeting, follow up, budget reviews for Service
•Monitoring Payments, ascertaining they are being followed up by the Service Sales team.


MANAGEMENT:
•To build, lead, manage, train and motivate a Service team of Technicians, supervisors and engineers in order to guarantee and excellent after sales service and to generate service & parts business across KSA.
•Creating annual business plan for Service & Parts in order to achieve company's mission.
•Implement company core values and Ethics
•Ensure accuracy of logged data in IT system and prepare reports for the management.
