Key Responsibilities:
Execution of major construction projects which includes but not limited to the following
1- Submitting competitive but profitable bids to clients
2- Executing the awarded projects profitably in time
3- Keeping excellent relation with clients.
4- Maintaining a harmonious relation with colleagues and staff
5- Maintaining excellent safety records
Team Structure (who reports to him/her - his reports )
- Project managers, safety manager, QA/QC manager, costing and cost control manager, Contracts Administration manager
Internal Liaisons: (Departments like Legal, Finance, etc)
- Liaises with Chief Financial officer, General Manager Administration, Purchasing Manager Directors
External Liaisons: (eg. Suppliers, etc)
- Suppliers, manpower agencies, subcontractors
