OBJECTIVES
Under direct supervision of the HR Director, performing, processing payroll and maintaining
confidential payroll records.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
*Processing payroll audits, employment verification, sick & vacation accruals, and then
transfers the salaries.
*Maintain records on HRMS in a confidential manner.
*Monthly reconciles account balances (i.e. Actual vs. Budget).
*Make sure that there is no delay in the salaries and accurate in all information.
*Mainly involved in the issue of Saudization & Headcounts.
*Calculate and apply the end of services benefits for the employees.
*Prepare all the letters related to payroll and some of HR letters.
*Following up with finance department in all the things related to payroll.
*Other related duties as assigned.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATOR (KPI's)
Accurate and minimum or no mistakes in preparing employees payroll/compensation.
