Development Director - Integrant Inc Jul 14th 2013, 09:45 Job Responsibilities: -Assigns resources to projects based on availability and skill sets in cooperation with the resource manager. -Supervises and monitors Software development teams' performance and utilization. -Set objectives and conduct evaluations for department staff. -Follow-up on execution of projects plan. -Sets and Follow-up on required trainings to enhance resources skill sets. -Attends status, operations and management meetings. -Set Hiring plan according to the company needs and growth related to his department. -Suggest Salary raises, adjustments and bonuses to department staff. -Set software development process with cooperation with software director and make sure the developers are following them. -Set resources rotation plan and knowledge transfer.
