Responsibilities: -Analyze the Company's and it's associated company's Financial Statements. -Prepare Monthly and Quarterly Reports -Coordinate with the Company's Consolidation and Reporting Supervisor to prepare business valuation model and Feasibility Studies. -Handle the Internal / External Auditors -Regular visit to Associated Companies. -Handles Bank Agreements.
