PROJECT MANAGER: F&B - Retail is Detail Jul 10th 2013, 09:46 Responsibilities include but not limited to the following: Conducts preliminary site survey with detailed project construction and design requirements and constraints for architectural and MEP related issues. Make the necessary follow up on tenancy issue like landlord's approval on the proposed project, preparation of all pertinent documents for municipality approval e.g. No Objection Certificate from the landlord, Initial Approval Form provided by our company, Tenancy Contract copy, Affection Plan, and Site Setting Plan. Review of bill of materials in comparison with the proposed plan. Coordinates with the contractor regarding the municipality work permit. Approve materials for contractors based on contracts, B.O.Q. (Bill of Quantities) specification and drawings. Prepare construction program and timeline of the proposed project. Conduct a meeting with operations department regarding the construction timeline of the proposed project Requisition of furniture, signage, blinds, plasma TV, trash bin, menu board, murals, music system and other related décor items. Conducts weekly coordination meeting with the contractor. Evaluates billing, change order, for addition and deletion cost and cost implication Coordinates with other departments of the company to ensure the proper completion of the project. Assess Interim payments and prepare Final payment and additional/variation works for MEP and related works. Follow-up with the contractor for the snags and complaints and thereafter release retention money on successful completion. Ensure the three major aspects of construction: cost, time and quality.
