A leading Jordanian Automotive company is looking for an experienced Marketing & Customer Service Manager who is capable of determining, developing and overseeing the marketing and communication plan. In addition to being able to oversee, enhance and develop customer service programs.

The Marketing & Customer Service Manager will be responsible for:
o Establish and control budgets for marketing and communications plan.
o Lead the selection, approval and management of all marketing and communications vendors, including negotiations.
o Implement, monitor and control marketing policies, processes and procedures in line with best practices ensuring applicability to the organizations business environment and strategy.
o Manage outsourced marketing and communications activities by monitoring and evaluating vendor performance on an ongoing basis to ensure that expected quality levels are sustained at acceptable budgets.
o Oversee the design and production of printed and recorded promotional materials, including catalogues, newspaper & magazine ads, flyers, outdoor signs, radio and all others.
o Responsible for managing the company brand and developing a strategy aligned to corporate objectives and brand guidelines.
o Direct the development and execution of the customer service policies, systems, processes and procedures to ensure consistent application and ease of operation.
o Drive customer contact strategy and vehicle service reminders and bookings program
o Direct the continuous review and improvement of customer service practices taking into account best practice.

Other responsibilities include:
Market Research (qualitative and quantitative)
Responsible for Corporate Marketing activities and recommendations on Market improvement/ opportunities.
Market Share (As-Is) and Market Outlook.
Market Segmentation.
Market Behavioral Analysis and recommendations.

Customer Research
Customer Segmentation / Demographics.
Understanding Customer Base / profiling.
Brand Perception.

Competitor Analysis
Identifying high impact trends.
Product Range and Offers.
New Facility Plans & Land development research.
SWOT Analysis.
