• Deliver outstanding training and workshop activities that engage clients, meets their learning objectives and contributes to the program's overall performance targets.
• Establish clear objectives for all workshops, activities and projects, and communicate those objectives to clients.
• Establish and enforce classroom code of conduct to maintain positive learning environment for client during all workshops activities.
• Ensure proper prepare materials and training rooms for workshop activities.
• Adapt training methods and instructional materials to meet client varying needs.
• Plan and conduct activities for a balance program of instructure, demonstration and work time that provides clients with opportunities to observe, question and investigate materials covered during session.
• Instruct client individually and in groups, using various learning methods such as lectures, discussion and group activities.
• Identify, select and modify workshop resources to meet the needs of clients with varying background, learning styles and special needs.
• Maintain effective and efficient record-keeping.
