Team Lead/Network & Communication Engineer III - CRISTAL Global Jul 10th 2013, 09:46 -Manage Jazan IT team on day-to-day support by coordinating with Manager and global Infrastructure team -Experience to understand WAN technologies such as MPLS and IPLC and working with various sites to create an enterprise network solution -Analyze, design, plan, and configure changes resulting from new company requirements, system enhancements, and additional country implementation projects, etc… -Manage the backup and restore process. Manage and design the data security model. Manage data storage needs. -Produce and maintain detailed, accurate technical documentation, including creation of IT internal standards and policy documentation. -Manage DNS records and troubleshoot issues. Create and maintain DHCP scopes and reservations. -Implementation, integration and support of third party software packages that interface with core business applications. Identify ways to apply technology that improve employee efficiency, strengthen business processes and speed the flow of communications and information. -Ability to research independently in order to find solutions to problems. Responsible for server hardware and software maintenance. Patch/fix management -Actively pursue the improvement of all aspects of server, network security and architecture -Provide technical support for continuous operation of Network. Maintain and troubleshoot the Network and isolate problems in Serial WAN Connectivity in Cisco Routers -Managing the ISP connections nd keeping internal networks running -Configures, tests, and maintains LAN/WAN equipment and related services.
