Position Open :- Property Consultant, Sr. Property Consultant, Sales Manager Job Responsibilities :- • Selling Free-hold properties to high profile• clients around the globe. • Target driven and customer oriented selling to• achieve monthly targets. • Conducting meetings and presentations with clients• and external agents to close the deals. • Updating Clients and Agents on a daily basis about• the release & availability of properties through daily availability list. • Liaising and following up with customers• & clients to ensure timely payment of the properties. • Conducting Property Road shows in different• countries with External Agents and Brokers to maximize and generate • business opportunities for the Company. • Coordinating with the Legal, Finance, Admin depts.• of the company to monitor and maintain the sale and purchase agreements • of properties.
