The General Manager will handle the overall operations of an exclusive social club in terms of :
• General day to day operations of the club
• Food & beverage operations
• Business Plan delivery
• Customer satisfaction
• Marketing, Sales & Branding
• Facilities management
• Contracts Management, Financial resources & budget
• Manpower and Development
Responsibilities:
1. He/she will be is responsible to manage overall operations on a day to day basis to assure optimum performance and continual improvement in the five Key Result Areas (guest service, employees, sales/marketing, property appearance, and profit/financial control.
2. Overall supervision of Banquet/ F&B Dept. to ensure high standards in food, venue and services
3. Coordinates, directs and manages the staff to achieve profitability, guest satisfaction and efficiency while maintaining standards set by the company assuring 100% guest satisfaction.

4. Ensures that all guest related issues are resolved in a manner consistent with the company's goals and objectives.
5. Overall supervision of the Marketing & Sales Team to manage all branding & sales activities and meet revenue objectives. Activities include setting goals, completing competitive surveys, expanding clientele and compiling reports.
6. Oversees, inspects and maintains beautification, cleanliness, safety and upkeep of the facilities to maintain excellent overall property appearance.
7. Overall supervision in managing contracts with clients, suppliers, service providers and other external parties. Participates and monitors monthly inventory of supplies and equipment. Ensures purchases made are within budget and by approved vendors. Responsible for maximizing revenues and for managing budget and forecasts. Adheres to the countries local laws and regulations.
8. Oversees overall staffing issues ensuring high performance and continued development of all staff.
