Brief Posting Description
Assist the Operations Manager by leading the day to day business functions of Operations and ensure the delivery of QSTP's physical product offering and related client services is as per the required standards and scope.
Detailed Description
1. Develop the TSD portal further by automating new processes and increase efficiency of current automated processes.
2. Update and manage the TSD portal content
3. Develop and supervise all tasks related to business support to make sure they meet quality standards and deadlines (invoicing, etc.)
4. Act as Operations focal point for large, VVIP and tenants' events
5. Coordinate with service providers to ensure delivered services are as per the agreed scope, standards and within the agreed timelines.
6. Conduct surveys to collect feedback from QSTP tenants to measure satisfaction of provided services and areas for improvement
7. Ensure that Operations policies and procedures are updated and communicated as required
8. Identify development requirements for the Client Services Assistants and TSD Agents to represent a professional image of QSTP
9. Ensure that all complaints received are investigated, responded to as per procedures and escalated to the management as required.
10. Ensure that actions are taken to ensure that complaints are not repeated.
11. Ensure effective and efficient delivery of conferencing facilities and front of house services at QSTP
12. Respond directly to correspondence and other communications, where appropriate, without reference to the Operations Manager
13. Establish key performance indicators and targets for service delivery
14. Analyze performance and activity indicators to identify improvement opportunities
15. Work with various departments at QF to develop and operate a quality management system for Operations and Development
