This position will support the needs of the QCRC Executive Director and Deputy Director. The Executive Assistant will ensure all administrative and secretarial needs of the Executive team are met in a consistent manner that meets the organisation's needs.
Detailed Description
The position will support the needs of the QCRC Executive Director and Deputy Director by ensuring that all of their administrative and secretarial needs are met in a professional and consistent manner. Regular dutes include (but are not restricted to) managing correspondence, diaries, calendars and contacts; drafting and distribution of meeting documentation; travel arrangements for staff and visitors (both domestic and international); procurement of administrative supplies; responsibility for office equipment; guidance and training (where applicable) of other administrative staff; development and maintenance of appropriate administrative polices and practices; events organisation and co-ordination; provision of adminstrative support as required to other QCRC senior staff or consultants; any other duties as may be required
