1. Analyzes different components of the remuneration scheme in the organization and prepares reports about the internal equity and external competitiveness.
2. Conduct studies and surveys to determine the feasibility and competitiveness of compensation and benefit programs.
3. Plan, conduct and participate in third-party's compensation surveys and benefit studies, analyze results to determine market competitiveness and provide recommendations on reward issues.
4. Design and maintain company's salary structure(s), base salary components, merit and promotional increases and other related bonuses
5. Supports C&B processes like the salary planning, bonus planning, new benefits introduction, through development of relevant reports.
6. Make/propose annual bonus recommendations and salary review recommendations
7. Prepares the compensation and benefits reports, including regular monitoring, reporting and adjusting as required.
8. Develops different schemes of the variable remuneration (incentive schemes for the Sales functions, bonus schemes for the Back Office etc)
9. Work with the OD department in conducting job evaluations and ensure that pay rates are equitable and justifiable for all jobs across the Company.
10. Develops compensation policies and analyses impact as directed by his Manager.
