QA/QC INSPECTOR MECHANICAL (PRE-CAST WORKS) May 27th 2013, 17:10 • Ability to follow and implement standard quality procedures. • Preparation of Material Receipt Inspection (MRI) and carrying out inspection with the consultant or other third parties to ensure that only approved materials are procured and installed. • Inspection of all precast units upon delivery and installation. • To conduct quality control inspection of the precast units before, during and after casting operation to ensure that all required installation are done as per the approved shop drawings • Monitoring the phases of quality control of work as per specification. • Conducting required tests for pre-cast elements • Issue non-conformance reports when the specification or procedural requirements are not met. • Documenting all inspections and tests on pro-formas as required by the Project Quality Plan and Contract specification. • Monitoring the installation works prior to submission for inspection and advising of any deviation from the specification. • Conduct snagging/punch list prior to handing-over of completed works.
