Global retailer seeks an Insights and Analytics Manager to head up the CRM strategy for a number of international high-street retailers in order to drive customers onto the sites and ensure their continued repeat business.
This will be done through research of the targeted and current customers, segmentation, and through the implementation of a strategy to drive the loyalty programme across the various brands as each are taken online.
