Participate in the internal and external QA audit programs to verify adherence to standards and regulatory requirements
Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional groups to achieve business objectives
Develop and implement Manual
Participate in regular product evaluations and customer presentations as needed
Maintaining Quality & Food Safety Management Systems to ensure adequate and effective documented procedures and records for effective quality control.
Develops and maintains good production Practices and procedures, by promoting the hygiene and food safety awareness requirements.
Conducts regular hygiene inspections.
Manages all QA related enquiries (product, raw materials, complaints hazards, governmental requirements, etc…
Provides expertise on issues such as System, product, initiative, new technology, environmental issues, pricing trends etc.
Perform products Test against specification and record the results.
Review quality testing methodology and procedures used at company production facilities to identify and resolve any quality variances
Manage the use of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and/ or any other Quality System principles throughout company commissary.
Perform logistics audit in order to make sure the products are safely transported and distributed from warehouse to all restaurants.
