• Reviewing of Sub-contractor's PQP, ITP, method statements, checklists, commissioning forms etc.
• Preparation of Material Receipt Inspection (MRI) formats for incoming plant and materials and carrying out inspection with the consultant or other third parties to ensure that only approved materials are procured and installed.
• Participating in Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) as per the requirement of the Project and FAT/SAT documentations are filed in accordance with the Project Filing System.
• Monitoring of all construction activities to ensure that adequate inspection and supervision is planned and conducted with respect to project construction activities and operations.
• To inspect all construction activities, report all observations, verify compliance as per ITP of QA/QC plan and the applicable codes and standards and record all tests.
• Participation in pre-commissioning and commissioning activities as required by the Project. Closing and issuing of Non Conformance Report (NCR's) and Site Observation Report (SOR's).
• Quality checking and testing of Distribution Boards, Sub main Distribution Boards, Main Distribution Boards, Motor Control Centres, Bus Ducts, Cables, Generator, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Systems, Air Handling Units, Supply and Extract Fans, Package Units, Chillers, Fan Coil Units, Single Phase and Three Phase Motors, Pumps, Fire Fighting System, BMS, CCTV, Access Control System, Water Supply and Drainage Services etc
• Implementations and comply with safety programs, policies and procedures established by the project.
• Reviewing of Operation and Maintenance Manuals
