To provide financial, management, systems audit and advisory services by co-coordinating with the profit/cost centre heads for the effective operations and management of the Company. The job responsibilities include;
- Carry-out internal audit and systems analysis throughout the Company and its businesses.
- Formulate procedures and systems manual for the different departments and for their various operations as maybe deemed necessary.
- Validate the manual for financial and management accounting.
Document internal audit system and audit plan.
- Formulate documentation policy, make suggestions for internal controls, systems improvement and cost reduction plans.
- Ensure compliance of procedures and systems laid down by the management.
- Co-ordinate with the external auditors as maybe required.
- Prepare and follow up on audit reports.
- Interface with IT and financial and operational systems for business solutions.
- Conduct ad hoc enquiries and investigations.
- Other responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time
