- Develop and manage local warranty/complaint handling procedures in accordance with Continental's adjustment policy and in agreement with local management
- Ensure that inspection for tires returned under warranty meets Corporate Customer Service standards and complaint data records are implemented in warranty related IT systems
- Ensure competitive warranty services
- If required create and manage "goodwill budget" for policy concessions in agreement with local Marketing & Sales organization
- Provide "on-site" field-engineering service/support in warranty and service aspects
- Execute fleet checks and vehicle monitoring on a regular basis
- Create/carry out technical trainings and presentation to external and internal customers
- Consulting of external customers and local Sales & Marketing organization in technical questions/aspects
- Obtain product performance information e.g. through fleet check/vehicle monitoring
- Analysis, evaluation and reporting of product performance and complaint data/information
- Provide relevant tire samples and information into the Corporate early warning processes
- Evaluate and summarize performance reporting vs. competition and market requirements
