1. Build the marketing yearly calendar in coordination with the marketing director, country manager and commercial manager.
2. Plan and execute the weekly/monthly marketing support activities to drive sales and traffic.
3. Manage the local media booking and execution Marketing, including monthly flyers, outdoors, and press adverts.
4. Manage the assigned local marketing budget.
5. Supervise the promotion execution on a store level, making sure promotions are highlighted properly on store level.
6. Daily analyze competition behavior and audit their activities, taking the necessary actions in coordination with country manager and commercial manager.
7. Supervise and guarantee the proper execution of the brand guidelines on all touch points.
8. Work with studio/designers on the development of marketing/communication materials.
9. Drive events and BTL activation on grass root level.
10. Qualify and handle local BTL, and printing materials agencies.
11. Supervise and report customer experience level, driving the business to behave in a positive customer experience atmosphere.
12. Work with the customer insights manager on feeding the business with needed insights from time to time.
13. Provide monthly reports and quarterly reviews for head office.
