This is a Senior Configuration Engineer/ HP Test Tools Expert position within a dynamic, fast paced and focused team. Required experience in developing, implementing, customizing HP service manager tool, with developing and fine tuning HP Service Manager Tool, Change Management Development, Workflow Development and Enhancements, Incident Management etc, .
Also, Resource should have experience with conducting various testing types across a range of industry domains. Exposure to implementing HP Testing Tools such as ALM and QC is a MUST. Candidate must have vast exposure manual and automation testing, various industry domains and should be keen to take up research activities. IBM Rational Testing Tools and extensive knowledge of performing manual and automation testing is a PLUS.
2-3 years of ITIL/ ITSM, Solution Design & Implementation skills
Know the procedure to implement HP Quality Centre & HP ALM.
Skills and Working experience in automation testing using QTP / Selenium.
Working experience in SM upgrade / migration projects preferred
Comfortable programming / Java scripting
Comfortable with various operating systems - Windows, User level Unix etc.
Exposure to infrastructure management products would be preferred.
Must be able to handle customer environment and familiar with HA and DR setup
Self motivated, self starter that has ability to work out technical issues and approaches without a lot of assistance (ie. Pick up a manual and learn how to do something)
In depth troubleshooting skills
Flexible in traveling outside the country
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
