1. Marketing Plans:
• Development of brand marketing strategies and long- term plans.
• Execute marketing plans and strategies.
• Proper management of marketing expenses.
• Ensure accurate briefing and implementation of advertising and promotional activities (campaigns, media planning, and POS materials).
2. Retails Stores:
• Stimulating interest in and support of product knowledge among the Stores force.
• Supervise proper preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports and budget revisions.
• Ensure elaborate monthly sales forecasting in collaboration with Operations leaders.
3. Supervise price management (consumer price, trade margins, cost/price analysis), as well as investigate cost reduction measures to enhance product performance.
4. Visit regularly the brand outlets to ensure proper implementation of the brand strategies.
5. Gather continuous intelligence on the brand performance through regular audit analysis, ad-hoc market research, and international comparisons.
6. Analyze competitors & consumer habits & initiate product improvements to meet market needs.
7. Examine the changes of the market and consumer habits.
8. Initiate product improvements to meet market needs.
9. Initiate and driving the development and launch of new products.
10. Manage and ensure the profitability of each of the brand products according to the company's objectives.
