Regional Sales Manager - Future Career Generator May 28th 2013, 11:06 On behalf of our client a global provider of industrial fluid control solutions to the oil, gas and process industries we are seeking a Regional Sales Manager for their Khobar office, Saudi Arabia You will be responsible to ensure client products are on all Territory's major customers' approved supplier lists and that we are accepted as the lead manufacturer/supplier. Liaising with sales teams, customer service centres, manufacturing and design centres in their global offices. You will agree Sales Plan objectives and targets. Develop sales and action plans, agreement with any distribution channels for the Territory, in line with planned revenue targets and within agreed timescales. . Manage local project opportunities by identifying, implementing and co-ordinating a strategy to win the business. Provide competitor, technical and commercial data for each proposal and participate in tender vets to ensure business objectives are met by winning orders. Cultivate and maintain relationships with the key decision makers at end users, OEMs and engineering houses. Ensure that we are fully aware of the needs of the Territory major companies. Communicate and liaise with the relevant product managers, manufacturing and design centres to maximise business potential and lay down the foundations of follow-on business. Identify appropriate exhibitions and PR opportunities in the region Report weekly and monthly on the progress of the Territory Sales Plan and other relevant data, as required. Ensure compliance with company policy, business unit policy, safety and quality program requirements. Ensure technical knowledge and understanding of available products, systems and services is maintained at the highest level. Must demonstrate a full understanding of the Territory business conducts, culture, business knowledge and work with the highest level of integrity.
