•Develop standardized policies, processes, approaches, and tools for the HR function in line with T4edu strategic direction and objectives.
•Develops the HR Services function's business plan, budget and resources while ensuring alignment with T4edu 's overall strategy and direction.
•Manage the implementation of the strategic initiatives and objectives, as applicable to HR function, and ensure it is communicated properly to all individuals within the department.
•Directs all Human Resources function's related activities including recruitment, compensation, career development, performance measurement, succession planning, training and development, procurements, security services, courier services, cleaning services, telephone services and transportations, etc. in line with developed policies and procedures.
•Manage the recruitment process for key business positions and employees so as to ensure the recruitment of high caliber individuals.
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with other departments & with external agencies & service providers in order to support the smooth provision of HR services across the organization and promote the image of the T4edu externally.
•Liaise with other functional/departmental managers so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purposes and achievements.
•Ensure continuing HR effectiveness through the selection, training, development and motivation of a competent staff.
•Lead and monitor the annual performance appraisal cycle at T4edu, carry out disciplinary meetings with bad performing employees when needed and recommend salary adjustments, rewards and promotions based on employee performance results.
•Review regularly T4edu's compensation policy, including its market competitiveness, benefit and reward structures, and internal relativity and equity.
• Attend and contribute to management meetings in order to communicate effectively within the organization and provide HR input and support to overall business decision making.
•Prepare management information reports in order to ensure that Senior Managers have the relevant information needed to support strategic decision-making.
•Oversee recruitment/ termination/ employee transfers…etc. and ensure its compliance with T4edu's personnel policies, regulations and the Labour Law.
•Provide advice, guidance, direction, and authorization department's employees to carry out major plans and procedures, consistent with established policies. And ensure effective and efficient flow of work, and ensure all employees recognize their fundamental role in the department.
•Conduct annual performance appraisal to review employees' work performance and recommend salary adjustments, rewards and promotions based on employee performance and carry out disciplinary meetings when needed.
